Bloomsbury 100 Ideas for Primary Teachers - 11th September

Greener School by award-winning environmentalist, former eco-coordinator and teacher Edd Moore with a foreword by Dr Jane Goodall DBE Book Launch on Thursday 11th September, 6pm - 8pm at Jubilee Hall in Poundbury, DT1 3BW.

The evening will be hosted by Alex Bell, Founder of Yes Fest https://yes-fest.com/ which is a fun festival atmosphere for children building regenerative skills and habits for life. There will be an introductory short film by Dr Jane Goodall DBE. Edd will speak about his book sharing examples, and will talk about what life was like teaching in the jungle in Bali.

You will also hear from Jen Gale, Let’s Go Zero Climate Action Advisor and the work she is doing to support schools in the Southwest, past pupils Edd has taught and the impact Climate Education has had on them.

Weldmar Hospice Care Charity Outlet have loaned two sofas keeping in with the eco theme. Please bring your own chair, cushion, blanket to sit on so that you can be part of the theme of reduce, reuse, recycle.
