Dorchester Townswomens Guild - 2nd Monday of the month

The Dorchester Townswomen's Guild is a local branch of a nationwide membership organization that empowers women through education, social engagement, and civic advocacy. It provides a supportive community for women to socialize, learn new skills, and campaign on social welfare and national issues

• Education & Citizenship: Educating women in good citizenship to enable them to make the best possible contributions to the common good, irrespective of race, creed, or political affiliation. 

• Social Connection: Providing a welcoming environment for women of all ages to make friends, socialize, and enjoy recreational hobbies such as arts and crafts, guest speakers, and organized outings. 

• Campaigning & Public Affairs: Offering a collective voice to advocate for improvements to women's livelihoods and influence decision-makers on public issues.
