Community Conversation - 24th November

Help shape how we work with communities across Dorset.

Dorset Council is bringing together partners from the voluntary sector, community and faith sector, health organisations and town & parish councils for a series of Community Conversations events.  

 These events are for organisations who work with communities in the following areas:

Bradford Peverell

Buckland Newton

Cerne Valley

Charminster

Cheselbourne

Dewlish

Dorchester

Frampton

Hilton

Melcombe Horsey

Minterne Magna

Piddle Valley

Stinsford

Stratton

Sydling St Nicholas

Winterborne St Martin

Winterborne Abbas & Winterborne Steepleton

The two sessions are designed to work together, so attending both would be really beneficial. 

These are not formal consultations. They are open, honest discussions about how we work together and how we can do things better.  By taking part, you will: 

• Have a stronger voice in local decision-making 

• Influence how services are designed and delivered in your area 

• Help shape more joined-up, community-led solutions 

• Build relationships with other organisations and partners 

What you tell us will directly inform what happens next. This is also an opportunity to move beyond discussion and shape practical changes together.  We know we can't do this alone, and we don't want to.
