About the event
The inaugural Dorchester Kite Festival 2026, titled "Let's Go Fly," is scheduled for Saturday, June 6, 2026, at The Great Field in Poundbury. Organized by Dorchester Town Council and White Horse Kite Flyers, the event will feature spectacular "mega kites," stunt kite demonstrations, children's kite-making workshops, and food stalls.
