Guest Speaker - Portia Mcmenemy – Breathwork Facilitator from The Rooms, Poundbury 

We welcome to our November event Portia Mcmenemy, a Breathwork Facilitator who will bring to us everyday breathwork for relaxation that will have simple practices to our routine bringing calm, energy, and balance. Portia will demonstrate to us how effective calming breathing patterns can soothe your mind and body especially as we will soon be moving into the hectic time of Christmas!  Ever find yourself holding your breath without realizing it? You are not alone! And this session might be exactly what you need. 

Booking is essential to reserve your place, please do so by 6 November 2025 as numbers are required to be advised to the venue. Please advise of any dietary requirements when you book.
