Afternoon Event to be held in The Quiet Space, Poundbury

We are welcome to our Afternoon event, Tracie Ball of Troo Sound Yoga. This event is being held in The Quiet Space, Woodlands Crescent, DT1 3RT, just behind Poundbury Garden Centre.

Tracie is a sound healing facilitator and has a background in beauty therapy and aromatherapy. She always loved health and well-being and discovered yoga through pregnancy. Due to a shift in career during the pandemic, gave her the opportunity to train as a Yoga instructor. When discovering sound healing, she knew that she had to train and found a wonderful teacher who guided her when she had lost confidence in herself.

Having invested in the best alchemy bowls with not only to play but to really be able to tune into the body's own unique frequencies and heal. Tracie will tell us all about what the benefits are of sounding baths

If you would like to know more from Tracie and about Sounding Baths and to attend this event, please book your place along with payment by 12 September 2026 as numbers are required for the food that is being ordered. You are welcome to bring your own drinks (soft or alcoholic) to this event, although there will be some refreshments available. Wear loose and comfortable clothing and bring a mat, towel, or a blanket, however the sound therapy section can also be sat on a chair. This part of the session may not be suitable for anyone that has a pacemaker fitted.
