Music in the Hall Concert - 25th April

Continuing our sell-out series of fundraising ‘Music in the Hall’ concerts, we are excited to welcome the phenomenal Stompin’ Dave on Friday 25th April at 8pm. Performing a broad range of vintage-style music, including blues, bluegrass, classical, country, folk, jazz, rock n roll, and old time, Stompin’ Dave is a consummate entertainer; ”he is a master of all kinds of American roots…a formidable musician and a true original” The Daily Telegraph. Once a member of former UK Blues Band of the Year The Producers and also nominated for a UK Blues award in 2024 (Acoustic Blues category), Dave regularly performs widely cross the UK and beyond, including many major festivals such as Glastonbury, Camp Bestival, and The Great Rhythm & Blues Festival. His vast repertoire ranges from traditional songs and tunes to vintage covers and his own material. A great singer, tap dancer and a highly accomplished songwriter, he moves effortlessly between acoustic guitar, fiddle and banjo, often tap dancing at the same time! The perfect antidote to a long winter, come along and be entertained with some exceptional feel-good music that will put a smile on your face and get your feet tapping!
