Consultation on Proposed Housing Development Near Poundbury

There is currently a public consultation on the North Dorchester Garden Community The proposed location is North of Dorchester and the River Frome meadow, between Charminster and Stinsford. It would eventually provide 3,750 homes, including affordable housing, a link road between the A37 and A35, schools, medical and community facilities, and a country park.

Residents and interested parties are invited to find out more and provide feedback during the consultation period.
