Fitness instructor Maggie Moone is adding a new Tuesday fitness class to her existing weekly schedule at Brownsword Hall, Pummery Square, Poundbury.
10.00am Mondays 30 mins GENTLE FLEX & STRETCH (30 minutes) £3.50
10.45am Mondays 60 mins BURN to the BEAT (fully body workout) £7.00
12.30pm Tuesdays 60 mins BURN to the BEAT (full body workout) £7.00
