Poundbury Good Things is delighted to be working with a talented local jewellery designer to create something a little special for our stall this spring. We've teamed up with Claire Lunnen-Kay, the creative mind behind Lillie James Designs, to produce a bespoke jewellery collection inspired by Poundbury itself.

Claire works from her studio just outside Dorchester and is known for her beautifully crafted, easy-to-wear pieces. For this collaboration she has designed a collection of earrings and pendant necklaces exclusively for Poundbury Good Things. The pieces take their inspiration from the natural beauty of the surrounding Dorset landscape, combined with the colour palette used in Mary O'Flaherty's designs for Poundbury Good Things.
Every piece of Lillie James jewellery is made by hand using natural gems and stones, fair-trade beads and glass. The result is jewellery that feels both thoughtful and individual — subtle enough for everyday wear, but distinctive enough to draw compliments.

Supporting local makers and creativity has always been central to what we do. Poundbury Good Things exists to celebrate the talent and craftsmanship found right here in Dorset, so working with Claire felt like a natural fit. Collaborations like this allow us to bring something a little different to our customers while supporting independent creatives in our community.
We'll be debuting the Lillie James Designs for Poundbury Good Things collection at our first market of the year — the Crown Square Easter Market on Sunday 29th March. We're so excited to be back with the Poundbury Good Things stall and looking forward to seeing familiar faces again after the winter break.

Alongside the new jewellery, we'll also have the new mini wooden jigsaws we mentioned last week, made by Dorset's own Grovely Jigsaws. If you enjoy a good puzzle — or know someone who does — they make a perfect gift or a relaxing way to spend a quiet hour.
As always, it's wonderful to bring together local creativity, thoughtful design and the simple pleasure of discovering something a little different right here in Poundbury. Every purchase from Poundbury Good Things helps to support local good causes and initiatives. Our current fund-raising focus is the award-winning Pavilion in the Park, which runs a range of free to access children, youth and community programmes from their HQ on The Great Field.
We can't wait to share these new pieces with Poundbury residents and visitors alike. Do come and say hello at the stall, take a look at the jewellery, and let us know what you think about this new collaboration.
