Join us for a Crown Gate Development update, a further Q&A session AND Comment on the 2026 Association Plan.

Mark your calendars for the Community Association of Poundbury's General Meeting on Tuesday, 27 January, 6-8pm at Damers Hall. This is your opportunity to engage directly with the stakeholders shaping Poundbury's future.
Featured This Month: Crown Gate Development Plans
We're pleased to welcome Matthew Besant from Places for People to this GM stakeholder Q&A panel. Matthew will be answering questions about the proposed Crown Gate development—a topic that's generating significant community interest. This is your chance to hear directly from the developers.

Your Questions Matter
The stakeholder panel format - positively received in September - brings together representatives from:
Places for People (Crown Gate development)
Duchy of Cornwall
Dorset Council
Dorchester Town Council
MANCOs
Local business, community organisations and police
Questions about Crown Gate, or any other aspect of life in Poundbury?
Send them to secretary@lovepoundbury.org by 19 January. Questions will be consolidated and shared with panellists in advance to ensure thoughtful, informed responses. In due course, these will be developed into newsletter articles and FAQs.
Shape Our 2026 Plans
We'll also be seeking your input on the Community Association's 2026 plans. Your feedback helps ensure we're focusing on what matters most to the community.
